A Fourth Avenue caller reported Friday at 10:12 p.m. someone had slashed a tire on her car.

Jasmin Shay Demontiney of Great Falls, 22, was arrested on charges of shoplifting, driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving without vehicle insurance after an 11th Street West business caller reported Friday at 12:59 p.m. someone had stolen beer.

A caller at a Second Street business reported at 1:20 p.m. Friday a man would not leave.

--

An arrest was made after probation and parole reported Friday at 2:30 p.m. a man with a pick up and hold was in the office.

Jaime Dawn The Boy of Havre, 42, was issued a summons on charges of criminal contempt and violation of conditions of release after a probation officer reported a 24/7 Sobriety Program and Pharmacy and Chemical Drug Patch Program violation Friday at 3:29 p.m. at the police station.

A sexual assault was reported from the Havre area Friday at 3:56 p.m.

Helena Police Department called Friday at 4:16 p.m. to report a lottery scam.

Sybil Cochran Lonebear of Havre, 40, was arrested on a charge of driving without vehicle insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant on 10th Street West Friday at 4:36 p.m.

Suspicious activity was reported at the police station at 5:12 p.m. Friday

Justin Earl Graham of Havre, 34, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after an officer stopped to speak with a young child on First Street Friday at 6:41 p.m.

Jessica Ann Eder of Wolf Point, 36, was arrested on an open container charge Friday at 6:54 p.m. at Carpenter Park.

Claudine Chiefstick of Rocky Boy, 54, was arrested on a criminal mischief charge after a caller on Ninth Avenue reported Friday at 10:49 p.m. a tire was popped on his Ford Mustang.

Someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 11:25 a.m. about a bike.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr. of Hays, 59, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller reported Saturday at 3:01 p.m. four people at Pepin Park were intoxicated and they had scared her children.

Jennifer Jean Longknife of Havre, 27, was arrested on First Street Northeast on two Justice or City court warrants after she called Sunday at 8:02 p.m. saying she "wants help getting baby," the dispatch log says.

Tanessa Amber Bennett of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, reckless driving and disorderly conduct after a caller on 16th Street West reported a disturbance at 9:11 p.m.

A 16-year-old was arrested on charges of probation violation, resisting arrest, juvenile curfew violations and disorderly conduct; Stewart Ruben James of Havre, 21, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; and a 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations when an officer initiated investigation after reporting Sunday at 11:45 p.m. someone was hiding in the back of a pickup truck on Sixth Street.

Leona Marie Chiefstick of Box Elder, 51, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported at 5:53 this morning a woman was refusing to leave.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheldon Jae Oats of Box Elder, 50, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a Box Elder establishment reported a man creating disturbance at 11:37 a.m. Friday.

Mercedes Rose McDowell of Havre, 23, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after a warrant was served to her at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 5:24 p.m.

Thomas Jay Parker Jr. of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, operating a vehicle without valid registration and driving without vehicle insurance, and Benjamin James Kaval of Havre, 28, was arrested on a probation violation charge during a vehicle stop on River Road Friday at 7:35 p.m.

Clyde Brandt of Havre, 62, was issued a summons on a charge of careless driving after callers started reporting at 6:45 p.m. Saturday a driver eastbound on U.S. Highway 2 West was driving all over the road and, finally, was reported in the ditch.

Harold Patrick Mitchell of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on charges of "other" traffic crime, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, driving without vehicle insurance and headlamp violation, during a vehicle stop at Second Avenue Northwest and Main Street in Box Elder Saturday at 8:42 p.m.

A caller at Fresno Lake reported Sunday at 4:40 p.m. someone stole camping equipment.

Deputies provided backup on a Havre Police Department call on Sixth Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, two calls Saturday and three calls Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," two medium-hair male cats, two medium-hair female cats and two female short-hair cats.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-6-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, a 2-year-old female Chihuahua-dachshund, an 8-year-4-month-old male Labrador retriever, 1-year-old female spaniel-pit bull terrier cross and a 3-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever.

Births

A girl was born Friday, Aug. 3, 2018, to Natasha Lohman and Darren Keith of Havre.
