Havre Police Department

Monday at 9:31 a.m. a caller on Washington Avenue reported an identity theft issue.

Michael Delnigro of Havre, 48, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after someone reported Monday at 9:36 a.m. at the police station being assaulted.

An officer was flagged down on 11th Street West Monday at 1:19 p.m. by someone reporting an abandoned purple and silver girls mountain bike in the S-Curve Park.

Curtis Pete Onco III of Rocky Boy, 45, was arrested on a charge of probation violation at Havre Police Department Monday at 1:54 p.m.

Joshua David Rainingbird of Rocky Boy, 36, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and violation of conditions of release after someone on Third Street flagged down an officer Monday at 4:30 p.m. to report a disturbance that had taken place at her house.

A caller at Northern Montana Hospital reported a dog bite Monday at 8:36 p.m.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr. of Hays, 59, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Ninth Avenue caller reported Monday at 10:41 p.m. an intoxicated man had tried to get into his house.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 123rd Avenue East caller asked for assistance Monday at 11:25 a.m.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of wrong-way driving and possession of dangerous drugs during a vehicle stop at 16th Street and Seventh Avenue at 2:48 this morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday and one today.

Firefighters responded to a 5:16 p.m. call on the 800 Block of Fifth Street North. No one at the fire department was available to provide further detail on the call.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," two medium-hair male cats, two medium-hair female cats and two female short-hair cats.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-6-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, a 2-year-old male Pekingese-dachshund, an 8-year-4-month-old male Labrador retriever and a 3-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever.
