James Patrick Travis of Havre, 51, was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after a First Street business caller reported Thursday at 6:42 a.m. a man sleeping in the building.

Christopher Paul Hammond of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of animal cruelty and Michelle Nichole Healy of Havre, 36, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on Third Street reported at 8:40 a.m. Thursday that a dog was locked inside a black sport utility vehicle.
