Havre Police Department

Timothy Shawn Anderson of Havre, 28, was issued a summons at the police station Friday at 8:12 a.m. on a charge of criminal contempt in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Carissa Adrean Bushard of Havre, 31, arrested on two Justice or City court warrants at the police station Friday at 8:35 a.m.

--

A caller on Fifth Avenue reported a vehicle crash Friday at 12:33 p.m.

--

Robert Matthew Paul Mitchell of Havre, 43, was arrested on a federal warrant served on Smithville Road Friday at 1:02 p.m.

--

A caller on First Street West reported Friday at 2:58 p.m. a van with a broken window and items removed.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 4:07 p.m. about a fraud incident.

--

Claudia Pandora Bell of Hays, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served on First Street Friday at 7:27 p.m.

--

Chase Erik Schmautz of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant and charges of violations of conditions of release and possession of drug paraphernalia.

--

Amber Rose Hawley of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and four counts of endangering the welfare of children, after a caller reported a 12th Avenue caller reported a woman walking down the road Friday at 11:53 p.m.

--

Dionee Marion Johnson of Box Elder, 19, was arrested during a vehicle stop on College Road West at 12:15 a.m. Saturday on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, careless driving, failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle and minor in possession, after a caller on Cleveland Avenue reported a loud bang at 12:04 a.m.

A caller reported at 10:31 a.m. Saturday a noninjury vehicle crash on Third Avenue.

--

Brittany Leigh Henderson of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and four Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 3:40 p.m. on Smithville Road.

--

Lawrence Shane Brogdon of Chinook, 39, was arrested on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, open container and speeding on local streets, during a vehicle stop on Ninth Avenue Saturday at 5:47 p.m.

--

Linda Lou Moreno of Havre, 64, was issued a summons on a charge of dog at large after a caller on Fifth Avenue reported a dog in his garage.

--

A McKinley Avenue caller reported a hit and run Saturday at 7:59 p.m.

--

Steven Lee Strike of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, trespass to property, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and probation violation, after a Second Street West caller asked Saturday at 8:44 p.m. to have a man removed.

--

A 16-year-old and a 14-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations after an officer investigated suspicious activity at Havre High School Sunday at 1:51 a.m.

--

Megan Rae Martin of Havre, 32, and Amber Rose Kirkaldie of Havre, 35, were each arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault Sunday at 3:28 a.m. on First Street.

--

Linda Corena Gonyea of Havre, 53, was arrested at the police station Sunday at 7:26 a.m. on charges of criminal contempt and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 12:40 p.m. to report harassment from an ex.

--

Sarah Lienne Lienhart of Havre, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at 1:35 p.m. on Sixth Street.

--

Seneca Lerae Tyner of Rocky Boy, 40, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and partner or family member assault after a caller on Ninth Avenue reported suspicious activity at 5:41 p.m. Sunday.

--

Sharon Rae Goldsmith of Harlem, 48, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller on 9th Avenue reported a disturbance at 10:29 p.m. Sunday

--

A Fifth Street caller requested assistance with a juvenile at 1:22 this morning.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Janelle Arlene Clausen of Great Falls, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 4:39 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

--

Deputies were called to investigate suspicious activity at an area cabin Saturday at 9:10 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, four Saturday, three Sunday and one this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to a 10:11 a.m. call Friday on the 900 Block of Kennedy Avenue about power lines being down. The lines turned out to be telephone lines, and the fire department called the appropriate company.

--

Firefighters also responded to a 1:21 p.m. call Sunday about a gas line being hit on the 400 Block of Fourth Street. NorthWestern Energy crews were called for repairs and firefighters remained on standby until the problem was resolved.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one long-hair, two medium-hair cats and six medium-hair kittens with gender listed as "unknown," one medium-hair male cat, one female medium-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-6-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-1 month-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, one male and one female 6-month-old Rottweiler-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler crosses, a 1-year-old male border collie, a 4-year-old mixed breed with gender listed as "unknown," and a 1-year-10-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross. The shelter also has five 11-week old Rottweiler-Shepherd cross puppies.
