Havre Police Department

A hit-and-run vehicle crash was reported Friday at 8:53 a.m. at a First Street business.

Two arrests were made during a vehicle stop at Lincoln Avenue and 14th Street West Friday at 12:58 p.m., but no details on the charges were provided.

Jacob Clark of Helena, 22, was issued a summons at the police station Friday at 7:29 p.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Leslie Ann Seely of Havre, 56, was issued a summons at the police station Friday at 7:30 p.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Zachery James Flansburg of Havre, 24, was issued a summons at the police station Friday at 7:31 p.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Steven Allen Stanley of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller on Fifth Avenue reported a man was passed out in the bushes Friday at 8:04 p.m.

Gerald Alex Belgarde Jr. of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and parole violation after a caller on Second Street Northeast reported a disturbance in progress at 11:56 p.m. Friday.

Joseph Daniel Isidor of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and minor in possession and Alejandro Jose Isidor of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and minor in possession by officers in a foot pursuit, after a caller at a First Street business reported suspicious activity at 2:12 a.m. Saturday.

Beth Kay Hannah of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children after a someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 10:54 a.m. asking to speak to an officer.

Milo Gerald Stiffarm of Hays, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller at a First Street West business reported a driver left without paying for merchandise Saturday at 3:52 p.m. A second arrest was made, but no details were provided on charges.

A two-vehicle crash was reported at 9:03 p.m. Saturday on Fifth Avenue.

A caller at Montana State University-Northern reported Sunday at 2:50 a.m. someone had broken out a screen and window.

Steven Lee Strike of Havre, 30, was arrested at the police station Sunday at 8:08 a.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A 14th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 8:32 a.m. two vehicles were hit sometime during the night.

Heather Ann Durbin of Havre, 28, was arrested on two counts of theft and one charge of trespass to property after a Sixth Street caller reported a stolen snowblower Sunday at 10:40 a.m.

Two 12-year-olds and a 14-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of trespass to property, after a complaint came from a First Avenue organization Sunday at 5:41 p.m.

A Seventh Street caller requested a well-being check on a man Sunday at 8:49 p.m.

Jessica Ann Eder of Wolf Point, 36, was arrested on a charge of assault Sunday at 10:49 p.m.

Maddison Elizabeth Brown of Ashland Kentucky, 19, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a disturbance today at 2:46 a.m.

Tanner Dunlap of Ashland Kentucky, 21, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a disturbance today at 3:34 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Eric Lee Ambler or Havre, 42, was issued a state District Court warrant Friday at 3:28 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Joshua Aaron Golden of Box Elder, 34, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and operating a vehicle without valid registration, during a vehicle stop at the main boat launch at Fresno Reservoir Friday at 9:15 p.m.

Kaleb Steven Dobrenz of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault with serious injury and all other offenses, after a Seventh Street East caller asked Saturday at 6:33 a.m. to speak to an officer about a domestic disturbance.

--

An arrest was made related to a transport from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention at 2:35 a.m. today. No details were provided on the charges.

Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday and one call this morning. No dispatch log for Saturday was received by deadline.

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas odor detected on the 1400 Block of First Street Sunday at 11:06 p.m. An odor was detected and the fire crew called NorthWestern Energy and turned the matter over to them.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one short-hair cat, three medium-hair cats and six medium-hair kittens with gender listed as "unknown," one medium-hair female cat and one short-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-6-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-1-month-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, one female 6-month-old Rottweiler-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross, a 1-year-old male border collie and a 1-year-10-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross. The shelter also has five 12-week-old Rottweiler-shepherd cross puppies.

Births

A girl was born Friday, Aug. 24, 2018, to Marty Stiffarm-Rosette and JR Rosette of Box Elder.
