Kadyn Acor stands tall for the Ponies
Havre High's Kadyn Acor, right, goes for a smash during a high school volleyball match between the Blue Ponies and Miles City last Friday at the HHS gymnasium. Acor is an imposing presence at the net for the Blue Ponies, as well as a senior leader for head coach Tamecia Jarvis. Acor also plays tennis for Havre High in the spring. She and the Blue Ponies will travel to Belgrade to take on Livingston and Belgrade Friday, then compete in the annual Windy City Classic on Saturday.
The Havre High volleyball team were off and running last week as the Blue Ponies played host to the rest of the Central and Eastern A teams with the Eastern A Tip-Off being held at the HHS gymnasium.
The Ponies put together a strong effort over the two days and this weekend, Havre will head to Belgrade for a couple of conference matches Friday, before taking part in another preseason tournament Saturday in Livingston as HHS will compete in the Windy City Classic.
