On the south side of Havre is the delightful, colorful yard of Willard and Irene Langlois. The front porch has tea pots and cups used as pots for an assortment of plants, with an American flag always hanging.

Coming around the side of the house is an area to slow down and enjoy. The nature garden features yard sculptures of a crane, butterfly, turtle and a birdhouse.

Near the side door is a beautiful octagon planter that Willard built for Irene, and it is filled with English geraniums and colorful red-and-yellow zinnias, along with some yellow roses.

The backyard has a colorful yellow bench to sit on and enjoy the yard with some Pretend Sunshine flowers.

Irene had some beautiful roses last year in the backyard, and someone came and cut them off - and then took a trowel-full of dirt to go along with the roses. Irene laughs about this story when she tells it.
