Eagles soar past Ponies

The Havre High football team went on the road last Friday night, hoping to upset arch-rival Lewistown, But, the Eagles, who came into the game 0-1, had other ideas and the Blue Pones ran into a buzzsaw.

The Eagles, who have one of the best quarterback-wide receiver tandems in the Eastern A, scored early and often in the first two quarters, racking up 41 points in the first half of a 47-6 win over the Ponies. HHS is now 1-1 on the season and will travel to Laurel Friday night.
