Havre Police Department

After receiving a complaint at 2:37 a.m. Friday from Seventh Avenue, an officer arrested Anthony James Corcoran of Box Elder, 37, on a charge of criminal trespass to property.

Officers investigated a 2:10 p.m. First Street report of a crash described as a "fender bender."

--

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 7:04 p.m. and reported a slashed tire.

--

A caller from a business on Second Street said at 7:21 p.m. Friday that two men and two women were being disruptive outside of the store and requested officers ask them to leave, and an officer arrested Claudine Chiefstick of Rocky Boy, 54, on a Justice or City court warrant.

After a caller reported at 9:33 p.m. Friday that a man and woman were fighting at First Street and 15th Avenue, an officer issued a summons to Megan Michelle Mountain of Havre, 21, on a charge of partner or family member assault.

After a caller from 15th Street West reported a man trying to beat up a woman Friday at 9:44 p.m., officers were able to resolve the incident peacefully.

After a report at 8:04 a.m. Saturday of a no-show at the 24/7 Sobriety Program, Timothy Shawn Anderson of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt.

After a report at 8:54 a.m. Saturday of a 24/7 Sobriety Program drug patch violation, officers issued Geno Valdez Menard a summons on a charge of criminal contempt.

After a caller from a business on Second Street reported two people drinking outside the business Saturday at 2:38 p.m., an officer issued a summons to Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 65, on a charge of open alcohol container in the city.

During a motor vehicle stop at 5:23 p.m. Saturday on First Street West, an officer arrested Ronald David Windyboy Jr. of Rocky Boy, 41, on charges of driving while using an electronic communications device and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license.

During a motor vehicle stop at 9:12 Saturday on Fifth Avenue, an officer arrested Taylor Rae Strike of Havre, 19, on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and as a habitual traffic offender.

--

During a vehicle stop on Second Avenue Sunday at 2:34 a.m., Darren Ross Cline of Havre, 38, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and careless driving.

--

An 11th Street caller reported a man and a woman entered the residence with a knife and stole some items.

--

An officer at 11:55 a.m. Sunday on First Street arrested Travis Kyle Wilson of Havre, 28, on a Justice or City court warrant.

--

An officer making a vehicle stop Sunday at 10:37 p.m. on Third Avenue issued summonses to Geno Valdez Menard of Havre, 21, on a charge of unlawful transactions with children and to a 17-year-old on charges of having an open alcohol container in the city and minor in possession of an intoxicant.

After a caller at 2:28 this morning from Sixth Avenue and Second Street reported lights flashing on an older truck, officers arrested Steven Allen Stanley of Box Elder, 43, on charges of criminal trespass to vehicles and criminal trespass to property.

Hill County Sherrif's Office

A caller on First Street North at 4:06 p.m. Friday reported finding a lost cellphone.

After a caller from a Havre business on U.S. Highway 2 West at 4:08 p.m. Friday reported a shoplifter, a deputy arrested Loreal Stanley of Country View Village, Rocky Boy, 25, on charges of theft by shoplifting, obstructing a peace officer or public servant and trespass to property and on a Justice or City court warrant.

After callers at 8:05 p.m. and 11:21 p.m. in Rudyard reported a neighbor being unruly and a caller at 11:30 p.m. reported an erratic driver, a deputy arrested David Richard Chase of Rudyard, 50, on charges of disorderly conduct and reckless driving.

A caller at 8:54 p.m. Friday reported a truck hitting and killing a cow on Montana Secondary Highway 234 in Beaver Creek Park south of Camp Kiwanis. No one in the truck was injured.

A deputy investigating suspicious activity on Second Avenue West in Box Elder Saturday at 1:30 a.m. arrested Matthew Allen Bell of Havre, 36, on two Justice or City court warrants and on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or public servant.

A deputy served Anthony Morgan Stuker of Havre, 28, three Justice or City court warrants at the Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 2:26 p.m.

--

After receiving a call from a U.S. Highway 2 West Havre business Sunday at 3:18 p.m., a deputy issued Wendy Laura Sayre of Big Sandy, 52, a summons on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

--

A caller at 10:29 a.m. Sunday reported finding items left at Optimist Park.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Friday, six Saturday and two Sunday.

--

Firefighters responded to a call at 6:06 p.m. Saturday on the 400 Block of 19th Street. The smoke detector activation was caused by overcooked food and no action was required. Firefighters responded to an 11:39 a.m. Sunday report of a smell of burning wires on the 1000 Block of 32nd Avenue West. An investigation turned up no problems, but firefighters recommended an electrician be called.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held six medium-hair kittens and one short-hair cat with gender listed as unknown, one long-hair female cat, one medium-hair female cat and one short-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-7-month-old male German shepherd, a 1-year-old male German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 2-year-2-month-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, a 2-year-1-month-old male Pekingese-dachshund cross, a 7-month-old female mixed breed and a 1-year-10-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross. The shelter also listed four 14-week-old Rottweiler-shepherd cross puppies.
