Havre Police Department

A Havre caller asked to speak to an officer Friday at 7:31 a.m. to speak with an officer about a sex offense.

A caller on Eighth Street reported a vehicle crash Friday at 10:59 a.m.

--

A two-vehicle, noninjury crash was reported Friday at 12:47 p.m. at 19th Avenue West and U.S. Highway 2.

--

Jacob Palmer Clark of Helena, 22, was issued a summons at the police station Friday at 3:24 p.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Leslie Ann Seely of Havre, 56, was issued a summons at the police station Friday at 3:25 p.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Two arrests were made after a caller at a First Street West business reported a beer theft Friday at 6:58 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

A written or verbal warning was made after a caller at a First Street business reported concerns about residents and a threatening Saturday at 9:31 a.m.

--

Saturday at 11:39 a.m. a Third Street caller asked to speak with an officer about an incident with a neighbor.

Juan Manuel Valadez of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on charges of failing to back safely and failing to give notice of accident after a Seventh Avenue caller reported a hit and run crash Friday at 7:18 p.m. and then reported seeing the vehicle out on the street Saturday at 3:05 p.m.

Jared Sienkowski of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of minor in possession, and Xavier Alexander Clark of Havre, 20, and a 17-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of MIP, after an officer investigated a group of people in a First Street parking lot Saturday at 10:27 p.m.

Jared Allen Craig of Laurel, 20, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and MIP after a Ninth Street caller reported a party Saturday at 10:56 p.m.

Brenelda Chantell Stanley of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at the police station at 12:58 a.m.

--

Forrest Rainspirit Doney of Hays, 24, and Robyn James Doney of Hays, 32, were each arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a disturbance was reported at a First Street establishment at 2:01 a.m. Sunday.

--

An erratic driver was reported on U.S. Highway 2 West Sunday at 4:14 a.m.

Cole Andrew Boardman of Malta, 18, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, MIP and careless driving and Benjamin Joseph Roberts of Big Sandy and Curtis Taylor Humphreys of Harlem, 18, were each issued a summons on a charge of MIP, during a vehicle stop on Second Avenue at 4:18 a.m. Sunday.

Valerie Rose Knoll of Havre, 46, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Fourth Avenue caller reported a man sleeping on the stairway Sunday at 7:31 a.m.

A written or verbal warning was made after a Sunday 9:43 a.m. caller reported an indecent activity on First Street West.

--

A Havre caller asked to speak with an officer Sunday at 3:43 p.m. about a sex offense.

--

A Ninth Avenue caller reported at 7:03 p.m. Sunday neighborhood youths were scribbling on her car with rocks.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Friday at 8:54 a.m. a 10th Street West caller reported two stand-up paddle boards were stolen from the garage.

Daniel Walter Ferris of Rudyard, 63, was arrested on a charge of unauthorized use of vehicle after a Rudyard caller reported an auto theft Friday at 2:30 p.m..

--

Desarae Rose Matte of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting Friday at 7:37 p.m. after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter.

--

Friday at 8:06 p.m. a caller in Box Elder reported a cow on a road outside of Box Elder. The owner was contacted.

--

Kristina Lynn Ralston of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 East reported Sunday at 11:47 a.m. a disturbance between a man and a woman.

--

An arrest was made Sunday at 4:16 p.m. during a vehicle stop on Main Street. No further information on the arrest was provided.

--

Sunday at 6:37 p.m. deputies helped in a dispute after a 24th Avenue Northeast caller reported their lost dog was claimed by someone else who was not the owner.

--

At 7:02 p.m. and 8:20 p.m. callers reported approximately 10 cows or bulls were out along the highway near mile markers 94-95.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, four Saturday and five Sunday.

--

Firefighters responded Sunday at 1:44 a.m. to a report of a pilot light being out on the 600 Block on Second Street. NorthWestern Energy was called and a time was set for today to relight the pilot light.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held six medium-hair kittens with gender listed as unknown, one long-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-7-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-2-month-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, a 2-year-1-month-old male Pekingese-dachshund cross, a 8-month-old female terrier, one male and one female 21-week-old mix-breed puppies, a 7-month-old female mixed breed and a 1-year-11-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross. The shelter also listed five male and one female 4-week-old mix-breed puppies, one male and one female 15-week-old Rottweiler-shepherd cross puppies and one 9-week-old female terrier.
