The Montana Supreme Court has announced it is looking for nominations to fill a state judge position in north-central Montana.
State District Judge Dan Boucher submitted his letter of resignation Sept. 7, effective Nov. 9, three days after the nonpartisan election for the seat, in which Boucher is the sole candidate.
