Havre Police Department

Larae Ann Sunchild of Havre, 37, was arrested on a charge of theft and on a Justice or City court warrant after a First Street caller reported Friday at 8:17 a.m. that a woman would not leave his residence.

A caller at a First Street West business reported finding drugs Friday at 9:03 a.m.

--

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of under age tobacco possession or consumption after a caller at Havre Middle School reported a student with tobacco Friday at 10:10 a.m.

--

Officers provided assistance to probation and parole at 10:29 a.m. Friday on Smithville Road.

--

A noninjury vehicle crash was called in Friday at 2:13 p.m. on First Street.

--

A vehicle crash between an ambulance and a truck was reported at 7:04 p.m. Friday at the Havre High football field.

--

Friday at 7:16 p.m. a Fourth Street caller reported slashed tires.

--

A First Avenue caller reported at 9:06 p.m. Friday a hit-and-run to a parked vehicle.

--

Lance Udell Stump of Havre, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street West business reported Friday at 9:34 p.m. that a man with a warrant was in the building.

A caller on 11th Avenue asked Saturday at 12:35 a.m. for assistance finding his wife.

--

Officers investigated a complaint called in from a First Street establishment Saturday at 12:55 a.m.

James Henry Morrow Jr. of Fairfield, 45, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and open container violation, after a caller on First Street reported a man passed out in his vehicle Saturday at 2:34 a.m.

Joshua Allen Jones of Chinook, 25, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at a 9th Avenue business reported a drunk man knocking no windows and doors Saturday at 3:40 a.m.

--

A caller reported a two-vehicle, noninjury crash on Third Avenue at 12:08 p.m. Saturday.

--

A caller reported a two-vehicle, noninjury crash at Second Street and 12th Avenue at 7:53 p.m. Saturday.

--

Rogerina Emma Sutherland of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a state District Court warrant after a transport to the detention center from the Havre area Saturday at 7:56 p.m.

--

Russel Aldon Moyer of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of DUI and careless driving, during a vehicle stop on 13th Street West Sunday at 2:41 a.m.

--

A cat bite was reported by Northern Montana Hospital Sunday at 9:19 a.m.

--

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver's license and disorderly conduct and Roy Joseph Mayer of Havre, 42, was issued a summons on a charge of permitting an unauthorized minor to drive, after a caller reported Sunday at 9:36 p.m. a driver was spinning donuts in a parking lot along Fifth Avenue.

Bristan Jo Fenner of Great Falls, 20, was arrested on charges of assault and minor in possession after a Sunday 2:07 a.m. caller on 14th Street reported a woman had assaulted the caller's roommate, then left in a black Pontiac, headed for Great Falls.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller from the Child Abuse Hotline reported a drug offense Friday at 12:48 p.m.

Deputies investigated a complaint at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Saturday at 11:10 a.m.

--

A caller reported a theft, forger or fraud at the shooting range on River Road Saturday at 7:06 p.m.

--

Two arrests were made Sunday at 2:23 a.m. on Montana Secondary Highway 234. No further information on charges was provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, three Saturday, one Sunday and three this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas leak on the 1300 Block of Fourth Street Friday at 8:43 a.m. NorthWestern Energy found and shut off a faulty meter until they could get it replaced.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one male and two female 10-week-old medium-hair kittens, two 16-week-old male medium-hair kittens, a 2-year-1-month-old female medium-hair cat and a 2-year-old male short-hair cat.

The shelter this morning also held five male and one female 5-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male 5-week-old pit bull terrier puppy, a female 10-week-old terrier puppy, one male and one female 16-week-old German shepherd-Rottweiler cross puppies, a male 1-year-7-month-old German shepherd, a female 2-year-2-month-old pit bull-terrier-German shepherd cross dog, a male 2-year-1-month-old Pekingese-Dachshund cross dog, a female 8-month-old terrier puppy, a female 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a 9-month-old female mixed-breed puppy and a 1-year-11-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross dog.
