Hi-Line Volleyball Roundup: Knights stop Bears in 6C East showdown

The 2018 high school volleyball season has reached the halfway point, and this weekend, many teams in the area will take a break from conference play to attend midseason tournaments. Included in those is Saturday's North Star Showcase, which was moved from the beginning of the season.

The 2018 high school volleyball regular season has reached the halfway point. And from here on out, matches just keep getting bigger and bigger.

Last's week's action on the Hi-Line featured some exciting games, including a big win for the North Star Knights last Friday. At home, North Star beat surging Box Elder by scores of 25-23, 25-22 and 25-17. Olivia King had nine kills for the Knights, while Paij Peterson had 18 assists and four blocks. Lilly Gopher had five kills and two blocks for the Bears.
