Keller has been a four-year starter for the Blue Ponies, and, in his last two weeks as a Blue Pony runner, he's gunning for a Top 10 finish at next week's Class A state meet. First however, Keller will run at home one last time when the Ponies host the Fall Classic Saturday at Beaver Creek Golf Course.

Jakob Keller has never been a big fan of running. And even after four years of running for the Havre High cross country team, he still doesn’t love running, he does, however, love cross country.

“I don’t like running,” Keller said, “but I like running with my teammates, and it’s something to do.”

Keller, a senior, is coming up on the final two weeks of his high school cross country career, as the Blue Ponies get set to host the Fall Classic this Saturday at Beaver Creek Golf Course, before heading to Missoula next weekend to compete in the Class A state meet.
