Havre Police Department

A caller at a First Street West business reported a stolen wagon wheel Monday at 5:14 p.m.

Sade Rochelle Stearns of Harlem, 21, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and Benjamin James Kaval of Havre, 28, was arrested on a probation violation charge, after a caller at a First Street business reported a disruptive woman at 3:48 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Christopher Paul Hammond of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of failing to carry or produce proof of insurance, violation of protective order and a Justice or City court warrant during vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West Monday at 1:46 p.m. related to a call from the Hill County area reporting suspicious activity at 1:35 p.m.

Josh Harvey Herrig of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle without a valid license and no insurance after U.S. Highway 2 caller reported suspicious activity Monday at 9:47 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one Himalayan, one long-hair and three medium-hair cats and a short-hair 26-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, a male and a female 9-month-old short-hair kittens, a male medium-hair 6-week-old kitten, a female medium-hair cat, a male 19-week-old medium-hair kitten and a 7-month-old male medium-hair kitten, as well as six 3-week-old kittens being fostered until ready for adoption.

The shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a male German shepherd dog, a female pit bull-terrier-German shepherd dog, a male shepherd 21-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy, a male border collie-Chihuahua 16-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd dog, as well as three puppies: two male mixed-breed 8-week-old puppies and a male pit bull terrier cross 8-week-old puppy.
