Jacob Matthew Bold of Havre, 34, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and following too close, during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue at 2:58 p.m. Friday.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 65, and David Taylor Eagleman of Havre, 58, were each arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller at a Second Street business asked for officer assistance Friday at 6:01 p.m. and a caller at the post office at 6:08 p.m. reported a man lying on the ground.
