“I am (not) my Mother,” a Montana Actors’ Theatre production, 8 p.m., MSU-Northern’s Little Theatre. Doors and Backstage Lounge open at 7:30 p.m.

Easter Egg Hunt, ages 1-3 at 2 p.m., 4-7 at 3 p.m. and 8-10 at 4 p.m., Timber Creek Village. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Rudyard Easter Egg Hunt, 11 a.m., Rudyard's town park.

Easter Fun Day, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., Atrium Mall with games, vendors and the Easter bunny.

Bear Paw Babes Chapter of the Red Hat Society meeting, 11:30 a.m., Duck Inn.

Local legislative teleconference with state legislators, noon, Conference Room 1 on the first floor of Northern Montana Hospital.

Saturday, April 20

Ca$h Cans Barrel Racing, 11 a.m. entry, noon racing, Bigger Better Barn. Entry fee is $35, cash only, with $100-added payout. For info, call 390 2651.

Havre Trails birdviewing hike, 1 p.m., Sands Waterfowl Production Area, U.S. Highway 87 across from Big Equipment. Hikers will then drive to Fresno Wilderness Protection Area. For info on hike, as well as clothing, equipment and vehicle requirements, call 301-3991.

Havre Eagles/Jaycees Easter Egg Hunt, 1 p.m., Eagles Park, with three age categories for kids. Food, fun and games will follow at the Eagles Club.

March of Dimes Easter Egg Hunt, 11 a.m., soccer fields next to Havre High School. Open to kids ages 1-9. Havre High Key Club will be accepting a free-will donations for this hunt, and the proceeds will go to the March of Dimes. Foundation for research and prevention of preterm and low-birth-weight babies.

Chinook Easter egg hunt, 11 a.m., Sweet Memorial Nursing Home. Hunts will be for age groups 0-3, 4-5, 6-7 and 8-10.

Martin’s Store Easter Egg Hunt in Hays, 1 p.m., Martins’ field by the store.

Big Sandy Rotary Club Easter Egg Hunt, with the Easter Bunny, 11 a.m., Big Sandy Airport. Hunt divisions will be infant to preschool, K-1st grade, 2nd-3rd grade, and 4th-5th grade.

Sunday, April 21

Optimist Easter Egg Hunt, 1 p.m., Optimist Park at Boulevard Ave. and 9th St. West, for three age groups 9 years old and younger. More than 2,000 eggs, and everyone gets a prize.

MSU-Northern Inter Organizational Council Easter Egg Hunt, 1 p.m., Student Union Building lawn.

Monday, April 22

North Central Montana Transit buses are not running this day in observance of Easter.

Gram's 3rd Annual Community Egg Hunt, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., Gram's Ice Cream and Candy Shoppe, 327 1st St., with a 10-location scavenger hunt.

Tuesday, April 23

Bullhook Blossoms Garden Club meeting, 2 p.m., Timmons Room at the Hill County Courthouse. After our meeting we will tour the Downtown Gardens Greenhouse. Guests are always welcome. For info, call 265-2133 or 262-2633.

Spring for the Arts, 2nd annual gala fundraiser for Hill County Community Foundation, 6 p.m., Historic Havre Post Office. An elegant evening with live music, a prime rib and shrimp dinner, cash bar, dessert and art and silent auctions.

Jelly Roll Scrappy Throw, a Community Ed. class on learning basic piecing with 2 1/2” strips, cutting and ironing, 5:30 - 7 p.m., Bearly Square Quilting. Cost is $28. I would LOVE to see our community list more events in this section. So many times you hear from a friend that went to some event or fundraiser that you didn't even hear about. Would love to see any little thing going on in Havre to be posted here.
