Havre Police Department

Officers served a summons on 10th Avenue at 11:57 a.m. Tuesday.


A caller at the Havre Community Pool reported Tuesday at 1:36 p.m. finding a black bike on the lawn.


A Lincoln Avenue caller reported at 2:26 p.m. Tuesday that two wagon wheels were stolen from his property.


A Third Street caller reported a man and a woman fighting in the middle of the street, and the dispatch log says the incident was resolved peacefully.


Lachelle Wadena Doney of Hays, 34, was arrested on a trespass to property charge and Earl Charles Rainingbird of Box Elder, 51, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller at a First Street business reported Tuesday at 3:55 p.m. an intoxicated man needed to be removed.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies made an arrest after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter on Tuesday at 3: 10 p.m., but no details on the charges was provided.


Lachelle Wadena Doney of Hays, 34, was arrested on possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia on intake at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 4:50 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat and two short-hair cats of unknown gender, and one long-hair female cat, and five 7-week-old kittens were being fostered until adoption.


The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a male German shepherd dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever 21-week-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 11-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy and a female Australian shepherd-German shepherd dog.


A boy was born Monday, Nov. 12, 2018, to Jessica and Andrew Rolin of Havre.
