Havre Police Department

Tuesday at 8:59 a.m. a Sixth Street caller asked for officer assistance during a domestic disturbance.

Chad Jerome Wolfchild of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on a partner of family member assault, reasonable apprehension, charge after a 14th Avenue caller reported a couple fighting Tuesday at 1:11 p.m.

Three callers at 2:01 p.m. Tuesday on Ninth Street reported a man with a bloody face. One of the callers asked for police assistance at a residence on Seventh Street at 2:07 p.m.

A vehicle crash was reported at 2:33 p.m. Tuesday on First Street West.

Charles Glynn Plante of Havre, 40, was arrested on charges of trespass to vehicles and disorderly conduct, after a caller at a First Street West business reported a belligerent man in the store at 11:03 p.m..

Adrian Louis Corcoran of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of violation of conditions of release and possession of dangerous drugs during an officer-initiated building check in a First Street West establishment at 12:08 this morning.

An arrest was made after a faller at a First Street establishment at 1:26 a.m. today reported that a man who had been kicked out a couple bars wouldn't leave. Shawn Barnier, who was named in the dispatch log as the involved party, was listed in the jail roster this morning on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass and two counts of theft. Some of the charges came from the Helena Police Department.

A Third Street caller reported at 3:19 a.m. today that a man dressed all in black and a baseball cap had been hanging around, then tried to get in through a basement window. The man took off running toward First Street and Seventh Avenue.

Officers investigated after a caller at 4:42 a.m. today on 12th Street reported a woman acting "really crazy like she is on drugs," and who was confused and missing clothing.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies provided assistance on a 9:13 a.m. request from Adult Protective Services.

A caller at a Box Elder establishment reported a stolen vehicle at 2:04 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday and three calls this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats and one long-hair cat all of unknown gender; one short-hair female cat and one long-hair female cat; and one 8-week-old kitten is being fostered until adoption.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever 22-week-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever-border collie 6-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy and a female Australian shepherd-German shepherd dog.
