Former Box Elder star basketball player Scott Henderson shoots during a Class C boys state tournament game in 1990. Henderson helped lead the Bears to the 1990 state championship, and last Saturday he was inducted into the Montana Indian Athletic Hall of Fame.

Box Elder great Scott Henderson was inducted into the Montana Indian Athletic Hall of Fame last Saturday night in Missoula.
Henderson was a star for the Bears during his career at Box Elder, including leading Class C in points per game, not once, but twice. Of course, it all culminated with that amazing run to the Class C title in the spring of 1990, when the Bears bested the Lambert Lions 80-73 in the state championship game....
