Skylights win in Armory return

MSU-N women blow past Yellowstone Christian for a much-needed victory

MSU-N hosts Dickinson State in a doubleheader Sunday, and Alberta-Augustana in a doubleheader next Monday night.

Injuries and tough losses on the road have been what the Montana State University-Northern women's basketball team has been dealing with as of late. So what was just the Skylights second game inside the Armory Gymnasium this season, turned out to be exactly what they needed.

Tuesday night in Havre, Northern used a dominant fourth quarter to pull away from the Yellowstone Christian Centurions, in a 66-45 victory. The win pushed Northern's record to 4-5 on the season, and the Skylights get to play two more games at home later this week.
