Letter to the Editor - Library hayrides ready to roll

Editor,

It’s that time of year again! Your Havre-Hill County Library will be hosting their annual Holiday Hayride Saturday from noon to 4 p.m.

Join us for an afternoon that will be sure to get you and your whole family into the Christmas spirit. Our hayride is popular, so call the library at 265-2123, or message us on our Facebook page to make reservations. In addition to our festive horses, we will have Christmas treats and refreshments while you wait, as well as our Christmas Photo Stop. Be sure to bring your cameras or phones to get some family photos. (Maybe even wear your festive ugly sweaters?) Our children’s librarian will also have a holiday craft for your little ones to work on. Now mark your calendars and partake in some holiday frivolity Saturday.

Your library would also like to take this time to say thank you. Throughout the year we encourage and welcome community members to enjoy the comforts and activities the library offers. Whether you enter our doors for a book or computer usage, or join us for Story Time or movie nights, we appreciate your patronage. We strive to make your library a welcoming and accommodating place for the community, and continue to look for new ways to become an integral part of Havre’s community.

Our hours are Monday-Tuesday, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Wednesday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday, noon-5 p.m. We have Books and Babies Wednesdays at 10:15 a.m. and Story Time at 10:30 a.m. and again at 3:30 p.m. Lego Time is every Thursday, 3:30-5 p.m., and other events are posted on our Facebook page during the year. Stop by and see us anytime.

Merry Christmas!

Havre-Hill County Library Outreach Coordinator
