Joshua Kay Blatter of Havre, 29, was issued a summons at the police station Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Vincent Mark Alcorn of Chinook, 47, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, operating a vehicle without valid registration and violation of conditions of release during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East Tuesday at 10:09 a.m.
