District 4 HRDC will be closed Monday from 8 a.m. until noon for a staff meeting. HRDC will be open from noon until 5 p.m. that day.”

HRDC also will be closed Monday, Dec. 24, and Tuesday, Dec. 25, in observance of Christmas. District 4 HRDC will resume normal business hours Wednesday, Dec. 26, at 8 a.m.
