A hit and run crash was reported on 13th Street Saturday at 8:57 a.m.

Geno Valdez Menard of Havre, 21, was issued a summons at the police station Saturday at 3:35 p.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.
