Matt and Brandon Weber, Chris Nile get to wrestle in their hometown when the Lights take on Minot State Thursday night
Montana State University-Northern's Chris Nile, right, was a standout wrestler for Forsyth in high school. Nile and the Lights, who also have former Forsyth stars Brandon and Matt Weber, will wrestle in their hometown Thursday night when the Lights take on NCAA Division II Minot State. The dual will be the Lights first since the holiday break.
Forsyth is a wrestling town. After all, the Dogies have been one of Class B's premiere programs over the last decade. But, Thursday night, the town of Forsyth will get a chance to see the next level thanks to an idea spawned by Montana State University-Northern head coach Tyson Thivierge and the Minot State Beavers.
And not only will Forsyth get to see some college wrestling, but, the town will get a chance to see some hometown heroes in action.
