Havre Police Department

A caller reported a vehicle crash on Lincoln Avenue Monday at 11:55 a.m.

A 2010 Red Dodge Ram was reported stolen from a Fifth Street alley Monday at 1:15 p.m.

--

A Grant Avenue caller asked Monday at 8:17 p.m. to speak with an officer about suspicious activity.

--

A caller at 14th Avenue and First Street reported a stoplight was malfunctioning at 8:59 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Ronda A. Carlson of Havre, 53, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street West caller made a complaint at 3:32 p.m. Friday.

Paige Priscilla Raty of Chinook, 22, was issued a summons on an animal cruelty charge after a caller at River Road and Wildhorse Road reported Saturday at 11:45 a.m. a loose horse was running on the road and a deputy initiated an animal control investigation Sunday at 9:31 a.m.

--

Donald Charles Salonen of Chinook, 57, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence - refused to test, reckless driving and an "other" traffic crime, during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West Saturday at 3:38 p.m.

Marvin Daniel Flying of Havre, 53, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 8:06 p.m.

--

Lakota Cree Shields of Havre, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and driving without a driver's license, during a vehicle stop on Second Avenue at 11:06 p.m. Sunday.

--

A caller on Second Street Northwest reported Monday at 10:55 a.m. someone had tried to break into a house.

--

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Monday at 11:25 a.m. someone had broken into some vehicles.

--

A vehicle crash on Second Street West was reported then referred to another agency Monday at 6:32 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, one long-hair 8-month-old kitten and two long-hair 6-month-old kittens of unknown gender, one medium-hair female cat and four medium-hair male cats, as well as seven cats for its trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female Labrador retriever dog, a female Weimaraner-dachshund dog, a male shepherd dog, a female Anatolian shepherd-husky 10-month-old puppy and a male pit bull-Labrador 9-month-old puppy.
