Havre Police Department

A 10th Street West caller asked Tuesday at 10:08 a.m. to speak with an officer about someone breaking into her apartment.

Officers investigated an incident at the request of the Helena Police Department Tuesday at 10:26 a.m.

Someone found a backpack in a dumpster on Second Street at 10:39 a.m. Tuesday.

--

An officer found a flag and dropped id off at the Havre Area Chamber of Commerce Tuesday at 12:18 p.m.

A caller on Second Street Northeast reported Tuesday at 12:47 p.m. her Chevrolet Traverse had been backed into.

--

A caller at 2:22 p.m. Tuesday reported a vehicle had been struck earlier and the driver left their information on the caller's car.

--

Salvador Campos Rivera of Havre, 38, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant on Second Street Tuesday at 4:13 p.m.

At 5:31 p.m. Tuesday a caller reported a large black Labrador that was kind of aggressive had been running loose in the Second Street and 14th Avenue area since November. Havre Animal Control reported at 5:40 p.m. the dog had been located and a written or verbal warning was issued to the owner.

Savannah Sunchild of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of minor in possession and partner of family member assault and Jared Ray Lamere-MacDonald of Havre, 21, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after at caller on First Street Northeast reported a man and woman fighting, Tuesday at 10:03 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller at a Second Street West business reported Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. locks cut on storage units.

A County Road 860 Northwest caller reported at 2:39 p.m. Tuesday a credit card had been stolen.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, one long-hair 8-month-old kitten and two long-hair 6-month-old kittens of unknown gender, one medium-hair female cat and four medium-hair male cats, as well as seven cats for its trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female Labrador retriever dog, a female Weimaraner-dachshund dog, a male shepherd dog, a female Anatolian shepherd-husky 10-month-old puppy and a male pit bull-Labrador 9-month-old puppy.
