Information on break in sought

An overnight burglary at Frontline Ag Solutions, the John Deere dealership at 2626 U.S. Highway East, has resulted in a loss of thousands of dollars of equipment, officials report.

Hill County Sheriff Jamie Ross said someone broke through a window at John Deere some time Monday night or Tuesday morning and made off with a major haul.

Items stolen from the dealership include cash, credit cards, multiple technological devices and two Gator utility vehicles.

The utility vehicles are a 2011 John Deere 825i Gator and a 2019 John Deere 835r Gator, both of which are green. They were taken from the business’ parking lot.

The theft was reported Tuesday morning, and deputies had no leads, Ross said Tuesday.

Ross said that anyone with information on the burglary should contact the Hill County Sheriff’s Office at 265-2512, the Havre Police Department at 265-4361 or Havre-Hill County Crime Stoppers at 265-4444.
