Wednesday at 11:01 a.m. someone at the Havre Police Department reported a suspected fraudulent package.

James Richard Lowrance of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon and violating conditions of release after a 12th Street West caller requested officer assistance.

A vehicle crash on Second Street was reported Wednesday at 11:30 p.m.

Havre Police Department received a call to assist the Hill County Sheriff's Office in locating the owner of a recovered vehicle today at 3:33 a.m.
