A caller at a First Street West business reported finding drug paraphernalia at the business Thursday at 11:55 a.m.

A 13th Street caller at 4:06 p.m. Thursday reported slashed tires on a vehicle.

Donald Dustin Farrar of Harlem, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served on First Street at 4:53 p.m. Thursday.
