Havre Police Department

Officers were called to a vehicle crash on 12th Avenue Friday at 9:50 a.m.

--

Officers were called to Second Street at 10:11 a.m. Friday for a vehicle crash.

--

Friday at 12:11 p.m., officers were called to a Fifth Avenue vehicle crash.

--

Officers were called at 3:29 p.m. Friday to a vehicle crash on First Street.

--

A Second Street caller reported Friday at 3:36 p.m. that tires were slashed on a vehicle.

--

Friday at 5:10 p.m., a 12th Avenue caller reported a hit-and-run vehicle crash.

--

At 6:56 p.m. Friday a Fifth Street caller reported a boy in a gray-hooded sweater and black glasses, with no coat, was standing outside staring at the caller's house and truck, and then he left, northbound. At 7 p.m. a Havre area caller asked for assistance finding his 10-year-old grandson, matching that description.

A caller at the hospital's emergency room reported Friday at 7:59 p.m. finding drug contraband.

--

David Kris Martens of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault, reasonable apprehension, after police dispatch had a 911 caller on First Avenue hang up Friday at 9:58 p.m.

--

Kaleb Steven Dobrenz of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release, during a vehicle stop on 14th Avenue Friday at 11:32 p.m.

--

Megan Michelle Mountain of Havre, 22, was arrested on two Justice or City warrants Saturday at 1:57 a.m. at a First Street West establishment.

--

An officer initiated investigation of a hit-and-run vehicle crash on 10th Street Saturday at 3:30 a.m.

--

Saturday at 9:51 a.m., a caller at a First Street West establishment reported finding possible drug paraphernalia.

--

An officer initiated investigation of a vehicle crash on 12th Avenue Saturday at 4:32 p.m.

--

A Seventh Avenue caller reported a vehicle crash at 5:17 p.m. Saturday.

--

A knife was reported stolen Saturday at 5:26 p.m at a First Street establishment.

--

A gas drive-off involving a maroon or red Oldsmobile was reported at 6:39 p.m. Saturday at an 11th Avenue West business.

--

Tasheena Cree Lewis of Hays, 26, was was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault, after a Third Avenue caller reported Saturday at 8:49 p.m. his son's ex had pushed him to the ground and was taking too long to remove her things.

--

Anita Jo Eagleman Onco of Yakima, Washington, 43, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street Northeast caller reported at 9:20 p.m. Saturday an intoxicated woman was yelling.

--

A bike was found at a First Street business Sunday at 1:29 p.m.

--

A Fourth Street caller reported a vehicle had crashed into a pole Sunday at 1:30 p.m.

--

Claudine Chiefstick of Havre, 55, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller reported suspicious activity at 1:16 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Fabian Joel Saddler of Rocky Boy, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 8:07 a.m.

A Chouteau County caller asked Friday at 1:33 p.m. for assistance locating the owner of a horse.

--

Deputies investigated a 25th Avenue Southeast report of a suspicious vehicle Friday at 3:46 p.m.

--

Friday at 3:55 p.m., a call from 16th Avenue West reporting a vehicle fender bender was referred to another agency.

--

Ruth Lydia Reyes of Havre, 50, was arrested on a partner of family member assault charge, after a Fifth Avenue North caller reported a domestic disturbance in progress at 8:54 a.m. Saturday.

--

Jona Jo Bear of Great Falls, 29, was issued a summons on charges of failure to stop for traffic control signal, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, reckless driving and driving under the influence, after suspicious activity was reported Saturday at 2:10 p.m. on U.S. Highway 87.

--

A U.S. Highway 87 caller reported Saturday at 6:08 p.m. that a four-door black and gray Dodge Ram pickup truck with four teenagers inside was reported speeding up and slowing down on the highway and the vehicle occupants threw some cans out the window, and Montana Highway Patrol was notified.

Anita Jo Eagleman Onco of Yakima, Washington, 43, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at the detention center Saturday at 10:39 p.m.

--

A shoplifting charge was reported at 1:58 p.m. Sunday at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

--

Joshua Robert-Monroe Guyton of Havre, 22, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported an intoxicated man Sunday at 2:56 p.m.

--

A caller north of Box Elder reported Sunday at 7:04 p.m. that a tire from a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck flew off and hit the front of the caller's Toyota van. Montana Highway Patrol was notified.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, four calls Saturday, three calls Sunday and three calls this morning.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm at Havre High School Saturday at 5:31 p.m. and only had to reset the alarm, which was set off by dust from cleaning in a room.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, two long-hair 7-month-old kittens, one long-hair 10-month-old kitten and a medium-hair 6-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, four medium-hair male cats, one short-hair male cat and one short-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter also held this morning a female mixed-breed dog, a male Rottweiler-German shepherd dog, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male golden retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 14-week-old puppy, two male pit bull terrier dogs and a male mixed-breed 25-week-old puppy.

Births

A girl and a boy were born Friday, March 1, 2019, to Brooke McLean and Kris Probert of Havre.
