Havre Police Department

Monday at 9:13 a.m. a caller on Second Street reported a hit-and-run vehicle crash.

A caller on First Street West reported Monday at 12:27 p.m. a vehicle hit a pole.

--

Gregory Scott Henry of Havre, 41, was arrested on a federal warrant at adult probation and parole on First Street West Monday at 2:41 p.m.

--

A Third Street West caller reported a water line break Monday at 3:13 p.m. and the report was referred to public works.

--

A summons was issued after a dog attack was reported Monday at 3:36 p.m. by a Seventh Avenue caller. No details were provided on the charges.

--

At 4:02 p.m. Monday a caller reported a vehicle was rear-ended on First Street.

--

Officers were called to a hit-and-run vehicle crash on Third Street at 4:56 p.m.

Two arrests were made after a Fourth Street caller reported people at her residence were in a fight. No details were provided on the charges.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller in the county asked Monday at 10:48 a.m. for help regarding a parenting plan.

Richard Joel Meyers of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on a state district court warrant at Hill County Detention Center at 2:07 p.m. Monday.

Someone at Box Elder School reported a hit-and-run vehicle crash Monday at 2:15 p.m.

Nicolette Lailoni Windyboy of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Ronald Dale Stump Jr. of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported trespassers at 5:13 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm on the 10 Block of Third Street West at 3:33 p.m. Monday, but the alarm had been triggered by a water line break in the sprinkler system. The water was turned off until it could be repaired and the alarm reset.

Firefighters responded to a call at 6:10 a.m. today, but a caller had mistaken exhaust for smoke on the 2600 Block of U.S. Highway 2.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, two long-hair 7-month-old kittens, one long-hair 10-month-old kitten and a medium-hair 6-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, four medium-hair male cats, one short-hair male cat and one short-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter also held this morning a female mixed-breed dog, a male Rottweiler-German shepherd dog, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male golden retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 14-week-old puppy, two male pit bull terrier dogs and a male mixed-breed 25-week-old puppy.
