WASHINGTON — After securing a provision in last month’s government funding deal to temporarily stop the U.S. Department of Transportation from enforcing electronic logging device and hours of service rules on livestock haulers, U.S. Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., announced that he is cosponsoring a bill to find a workable long-term solution.
