Warrant issued on one defendant in John Deere, E-1 towing burglary

Several defendants have issued not guilty pleas related to burglaries and thefts including at Havre’s Northern Ag Equipment John Deere dealership and E-1 Towing, and two were no-shows at hearings with a $5,000 warrant issued for the arrest of one of them.

Leslie Crazyboy, charged with two felony and one misdemeanor count of theft for knowingly possessing items stolen by someone else, did not show for her first court appearance Monday.

Judge Kaydee Snipes Ruiz issued a $5,000 warrant for her arrest.

Gloria Crazyboy, facing identical charges, also did not show for her initial hearing that day, but her attorney requested the hearing be rescheduled.

Snipes Ruiz rescheduled her initial hearing for March 18.

Caroline Crazyboy pleaded not guilty Feb. 28 to a felony count of theft for possessing items stolen by someone else and a misdemeanor count of the same charge.

Snipes Ruiz previously denied the motion to file another count of felony theft for knowingly possessing stolen items.

A 17-year-old boy who is accused of violating conditions of his release in four juvenile cases denied the alleged violations, some which are in connection with the burglaries and thefts.

He is still on juvenile probation for three 2015 cases that involved unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, obstructing a peace officer, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, partner or family member assault, tampering with a communications device, and cases from 2016 charging criminal possession of dangerous drugs and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a peace officer and criminal endangerment.

He is charged with violating conditions by being charged with motor vehicle theft, evidence linking him to the burglaries and thefts at Frontline Ag and E-1 Towing and others, and multiple traffic crimes and two counts of criminal endangerment, and counts of endangering the welfare of children and obstructing a peace officer.

Snipes Ruiz set his evidentiary hearing for April 29.

Fabian “JuJu” Saddler pleaded not guilty Feb. 25 to seven charges, two felony counts of conspiracy to commit burglary and two felony counts of theft and misdemeanor counts of possessing burglary tools, theft and criminal trespass to vehicles.

Snipes Ruiz set a date of March 29 for the attorneys in the case to file motions including for hearing and trial dates.

Kate Lambourne pleaded not guilty to all charges in three different cases including one related to the John Deere burglary.

Lambourne is charged with possessing items stolen from Northern Ag Solutions and from other thefts; with criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, for possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possessing drug paraphernalia for having a scale often used in drug sales, and with a felony count of theft and misdemeanor count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle stemming from accusations she drove off with a man’s vehicle while he went inside a bar for a quit meeting with another person.
