The production of “The Long Road” was enjoyed by many Havreites, and here is a short accounting of the entertaining event found in the March 1, 1919, edition of The Havre Plaindealer:

FARM BUREAU PLAY IS ENJOYED BY AUDIENCE

The Long Trail played to a large audience at the high school auditorium Thursday evening.

Owing to the extremely cold weather as well as to the fact that no Farm Bureau meetings were held in connection, there were few farmers in attendance. The play gives an excellent and historically accurate picture of pioneer times in Montana and the well taken...
