Montana Seed Show returns to Harlem for 70th year

One of the oldest traditions on the Hi-Line returned to Harlem this weekend as agriculture, art and more took center stage at the Montana Seed Show Thursday through Saturday at Harlem High School.

For 70 years, the event has drawn participants and attendees from the far corners of Montana to share in the culture of rural living.

Seed Show chairman Paul Rasmussen said the event has evolved dramatically since 1949 when it was a humble congregation of local potato growers, and that the show features a more diverse array of events than ever before.
