Two summonses were issued after officers were called to Havre Middle School for juvenile tobacco offenses Friday at 12:07 p.m.

Two summonses were issued after officers were called to Havre High School for a fight Friday at 1:22 p.m.

Jordan Miles Hobson of Havre, 26, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue Friday at 2:29 p.m.

Jephrey Joseph Julian of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia while officers were assisting probation and parole on Boulevard Avenue at 2:57 p.m. Friday.

Arnold Louis Reddog of Havre, 23, was arrested on an obstructing a peace officer or other public servant charge, after a First Street Northeast caller reported an intoxicated man on the premises Friday at 4:51 p.m.

A dog bite was reported by the hospital at 6:01 p.m. Friday.

--

A phone was reported lost Friday at 6:11 p.m. on Fourth Street.

--

Two people reported phones stolen at Havre Middle School Friday, one at 6:48 p.m. and the other at 6:55 p.m.

Officers were called to a disturbance on Fifth Avenue at 12:08 a.m. Saturday after a caller reported a loud verbal argument between two men and a woman, but the incident was resolved peacefully.

Marlin Latray of Havre, 63, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, assault with a weapon, four counts of criminal endangerment and discharging a firearm within city limits, after a caller reported Saturday at 1:23 a.m. gunfire in a house on 10th Avenue.

Mariah Lynn Hoops of Harlem, 25, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller asked Saturday at 1:50 a.m. for a well-being check on a 1-year-old child on Jefferson Avenue.

A caller on 10th Street West reported a man with a knife at an apartment complex Saturday at 2:36 a.m.

--

Saturday at 11:51 a.m., a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a stolen debit card.

--

Victor Russell Grant of Hardin, 25, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and theft, after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported a disorderly man at 12:27 p.m. Saturday.

Percephone Sharee Onco of Rocky Boy, 26, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Avenue Northeast caller reported four people were engaged in a fight Saturday at 7:24 p.m.

A First Street business caller reported a gas drive-off at 1:10 a.m. Sunday.

--

A vehicle stop at 1:45 a.m. Sunday was referred to Hill County Sheriff's Office in relation to vehicle crash reported at 10:32 p.m. Saturday.

Officers assisted with an 8:43 p.m. Sunday request from a 10th Street West caller to find a 12-year-old who had been last seen at 3 p.m.

A Road 300 Northwest caller reported annoying phone calls at 1:05 p.m. Friday.

Friday at 1:30 p.m. a U.S. Highway 2 East caller reported her computer had been hacked.

Makray Lane Demontiney of Rocky Boy, 30, was arrested on two state District Court warrants and a Justice or City court warrant after being transported from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center Friday at 3:34 p.m.

A summons was issued after a caller on First Street West reported Friday at 5:06 p.m. that a German shepherd was running loose.

Deputies assisted Havre Police with a well-being check on Jefferson Avenue Saturday at 2:02 a.m.

Jordan G.L. Gardipee of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and deceptive business practices after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported Saturday at 9:53 a.m. a customer was under-ringing merchandise.

A caller on U.S. Highway 2 in Kremilin reported a man was acting out Saturday at 11:42 a.m.

Makyla Shayd Petter of Havre, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 2:54 p.m.

A Calgary, Alberta, man in Beaver Creek Park reported finding a weather balloon Saturday at 3:05 p.m.

A River Road North caller reported a dispute between neighbors Saturday at 5:36 p.m.

--

An Eighth Avenue North caller reported a truck hit a fence post Saturday at 10:32 p.m.

--

Detention center booking personnel reported a drug offense Saturday at 11:14 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, three Saturday and four Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide alarm on the 1000 Block of Ninth Avenue Saturday at 3:09 p.m. Carbon monoxide was detected and NorthWestern Energy crew confirmed the presence the gas. NWE was left on scene to detect the source of the problem and deal with it.

Havre Animal Shelter

   The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, one long-hair 8-month-old kitten and a medium-hair 7-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat. Seven cats are also being held for the shelter's trap-spay-neuter-release program.

   --

   The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 17-week-old puppy, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-Australian shepherd dog, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
