Havre Police Department

A Lincoln Avenue caller made a report from Child and Family Services Friday at 11:32 a.m.

Friday at 1:49 p.m. a case of fraud was reported by a person at the Havre Police Department.

--

A caller from a First Street business requested Friday at 2:39 p.m. for an officer to pick up a suspicious bag.

--

Officers investigated a sex offense reported in the Havre area Friday at 3:33 p.m.

--

Friday at 7:11 p.m. a Fourth Street caller reported that teenage boys had stolen money from a 6-year-old boy.

--

Clifford Lamere Lenhardt of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of headlamp violation, DUI, endangering the welfare of children and minor in possession; Samantha Bea Huston of Havre, 20, and Michael Loftus of Havre, 20, were each arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children and MIP; a 17-year-old and a 15-year-old were each issued a summons on charges of MIP and juvenile curfew violation; and a 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violation, during a vehicle stop on 12th Street Saturday at 2:28 a.m.

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported a water leak Saturday at 4 p.m. Havre Public Works was notified.

A person at the Havre Police Department requested to speak with an officer Saturday at 4:32 p.m.

--

Officers Saturday at 5:01 p.m. recovered a set of keys at Optimist Park.

--

A First Street caller reported a vehicle crash where a pickup truck backed into a parked car Saturday at 9:26 p.m.

--

An 11th Street West business Saturday at 10:52 p.m. reported a gas drive off.

--

Sunday at 12:28 a.m. a 17-year-old juvenile was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license.

--

A Washington Avenue caller reported a disturbance Sunday at 3:26 a.m. The call was referred to in a later call requesting assistance Sunday at 4:51 a.m.

--

Taylor Daughn Johnson of Box Elder, 18, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and MIP after a First Street caller reported a woman standing in the middle of the road Sunday at 9:17 a.m.

--

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and accountability, and a 10-year-old and a 9-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting, after a First Street caller reported theft of candy.

--

Sherman Dean Alexander Sr. of Box Elder, 56, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a Second Street caller reported an intoxicated male who was sitting on a curb Sunday at 3:59 p.m.

--

Kathleen Lynn Well Off Man of Box Elder, 45, and George Theodore Sutherland IV of Rocky Boy, 50, were each arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a Montana Avenue caller reported a theft, forgery or fraud Sunday at 7:19 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Jeri Ann Bear of Harlem, 30, was arrested of a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 9:28 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Joseph Dale Onco of Yakima, Washington, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Friday at 2:46 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

--

Friday at 9:46 p.m. a caller from U.S. Highway 2 West reported a vehicle hit a deer.

--

Dillion Ross Seely of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of DUI, refused to test; obstructing a police officer or other other public servant, and failure to yield at an intersection Saturday at 2:03 a.m. during a vehicle stop on Third Avenue.

--

Havre Police Department requested assistance from the Hill County Sheriff's Office Saturday at 11:02 p.m. on a report of a gas drive off on 11th Street West.

--

Sunday at 12:54 a.m. a Sixth Street North caller reported a complaint.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency personnel responded to two calls Saturday, one call Sunday and two calls this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held four medium-hair cats, one long-hair 8-month-old kitten and a medium-hair 7-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, three medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat. Another 19 cats were being held in the shelter and at a foster as part of the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 18-week-old puppy, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
