Havre Police Department

Monday at 7:53 a.m. a caller at Montana Avenue and Main Street reported a door kicked in on a building.

Child and Family Services caller in the Havre area made a report to officers Monday at 8:31 a.m.

--

A First Street West business caller Monday at 9:13 a.m. reported that the east side of the building was spray painted.

--

Monday at 9:19 a.m. a Third Street caller reported that valves were laying in the alleyway.

--

A 18th Street caller reported Monday at 10:11 a.m. that they found a motorcycle key.

--

Officers assisted Rocky Boy Police Department Monday at 11:04 a.m. at the hospital.

--

A Third Street West caller reported stolen checks Monday at 2:50 p.m.

--

A non-injury accident between a Ford and a Nissan Maxima was reported Monday at 2:53 p.m.

--

An arrest was made after a First Street caller reported Monday at 5:06 p.m. a vehicle stolen. Toni Lynn Mariani, a woman named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed on this morning's jail roster as being held on a charge of motor vehicle theft.

Kermit Dean Eagleman of Box Elder, 50, was arrested on a charge of trespassing after a 10th Street West caller requested assistance removing a male Monday at 9:25 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Bailey Houston Peter Fiddler of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 12:32 p.m. after a caller reported suspicious activity in the parking lot of a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Treyton Reed Sutherland of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on charges of vehicle theft, shoplifting, criminal mischief, reckless driving, fleeing or eluding a peace officer, driving without a license, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and driving while intoxicated by drugs or alcohol, after a caller reported Monday at 8:10 p.m. that a man was getting into fights with people and punching another man in the parking lot of an establishment on U.S. Highway 87 in Box Elder.

Monday at 10:40 p.m. a caller on First Street Southwest in Rudyard reported hearing six shots fired.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat, a medium-hair 13-week-old kitten and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat. Two other cats were being held at a foster as part of the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed, 13-week-old puppy, a female husky dog, a male mixed-breed 19-week-old puppy, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
