Havre Police Department

Lawrence Kapualikai Duque of Havre, 21, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, and Karlee Marlene Hofer of Havre, 20, was arrested on a charge of partner of family member assault, after a 6th Street caller reported a disturbance Friday at 9:34 a.m.

A fender bender was reported Friday at 2:09 p.m. on Second Street.

The driver of a Chevrolet Silverado hit a pole at Havre High School Friday at 6:51 p.m.

--

A caller at a First Street West establishment reported at 7:38 p.m. Friday that man had stolen three bottles of vodka and left in a white Chevrolet Impala.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Hays, 21, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and assault, after callers at Fifth Avenue and Ninth Street reported an intoxicated man stumbled into traffic and grabbed one car's door handles Friday at 8:18 p.m.

A Second Street West caller reported Friday at 8:26 p.m. having trouble with a 16-year-old son.

Saturday at 1:16 a.m. a purse was reported stolen at a First Street West establishment.

Leslie Annette Crazyboy of Havre, 39, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release, after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity involving three people on First Street Saturday at 1:55 a.m.

Jacquline Colleen Chiefstick of Havre, 39, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container in city, after a caller on 11th Street West reported at 3:37 a.m. Saturday that a woman needed to be removed.

A fender bender was reported on First Street West at 8:49 p.m. Saturday.

--

A backpack found with drug paraphernalia was reported by Havre Animal Control Saturday at 2 p.m. on Fifth Street.

--

Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 25, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Northeast Saturday at 4:22 p.m.

Dispatch received a 911 text of possible drug activity on 10th Street at 4:24 p.m. Saturday.

--

Officers provided assistance to Montana Highway Patrol on Fifth Avenue Saturday at 7:52 p.m.

--

A Third Avenue caller asked for assistance Sunday at 12:08 a.m., after reporting that someone might have been in his house.

--

A Third Street caller reported Sunday at 10:55 a.m. juveniles were not wearing helmets while riding dirt bikes.

--

Sunday at 2:36 p.m. a Second Street caller reported a cat bite.

--

A well-being check was requested Sunday at 3:46 p.m. by a caller on First Street Northeast.

James Taylor Marshall of Havre, 58, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop on First Street West at 4:34 p.m. Sunday.

Kevin Wayne Coleman of Havre, 33, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release, after a First Street caller reported a man with a curfew in an establishment Sunday at 9:39 p.m.

--

Havre Police Department also logged 14 calls about dogs - complaints about and reports of lost and found dogs - from Friday morning to this morning.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

James Christopher Dahl Jr. of Havre, 32, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and two Justice or City court warrants on First Street West Friday at 8:19 p.m.

Deputies investigated a campers who had a fire on the west side of Beaver Creek Reservoir Friday at 9:38 p.m. and issued a written or verbal warning.

A caller on Beaver Creek Highway reported suspicious activity near mile marker 16 Saturday at 7:26 a.m.

--

A Smithville Road caller reported Sunday at 7:35 p.m. some men had urinated on a garbage can.

--

A Fourth Avenue caller in Hingham asked for assistance at 3:01 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday and four calls Saturday. Sunday's dispatch log was not received before printing deadline today.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat, a medium-hair 14-week-old kitten and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat. Two other cats were being held at a foster as part of the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 14-week-old puppy, a female husky dog, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.

A boy was born Sunday, April 14, 2019, to Juanita Recio and Joseph Braaten of Havre.
