Havre Police Department

Someone stopped at the police station asking to speak with an officer Monday at 10:31 a.m., and the issue was referred to another law enforcement agency.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 66, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a First Street business reported a theft at 11:45 a.m. Monday.

A Third Street caller asked Monday at 12:56 p.m. to have an officer look at his fence.

--

A Second Street caller reported Monday at 2:19 p.m. finding needles while cleaning an apartment.

--

A vehicle crash between a GMC and a Dodge was reported Monday at 5:24 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business.

Monday at 5:48 p.m. a caller reported a bike was stolen at a First Street business.

Officers investigated after callers on First Avenue reported Monday at 7 p.m. that a girl was threatening some boys.

Flint Walker Blackwolf of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and open container in the city, after someone on Second Street called in a complaint Monday at 7:15 p.m.

Brian Douglas Carpenter of Havre, 42, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported an intoxicated man on a motorcycle Monday at 11:16 p.m.

Jeffrey David Hede of Cheyenne, Wyoming, 43, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported an intoxicated man was urinating on the side of the building at 12:22 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made after someone stopped at the sheriff's office asking for assistance Monday at 12:55 p.m. No details were provided on the charges.

Colton Earthboy Montes of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 1:51 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Sunday and two calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat, one short-hair cat, a medium-hair 14-week-old kitten and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat. Two other cats were being held at a foster as part of the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 14-week-old puppy, a female husky dog, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
