Havre Police Department

Officers provided assistance after a caller at Fifth Avenue and First Street said Wednesday at 9:54 a.m. her car had died in the turning lane and wouldn't restart.

A Wednesday 3:29 p.m. caller reported vandalism on Third Avenue West.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies rendered services after a man was reported walking into traffic on U.S. Highway 87 Wednesday at 9:36 a.m.

Deputies rendered services after a woman was reported walking in dark clothes along the road near the junction of U.S. highways 2 and 87 Wednesday at 11:26 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, one short-hair cat, a medium-hair 15-week-old kitten and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats.

The Havre shelter also held this morning four female mixed-breed dogs, one male mixed-breed 26-week-old puppy, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 15-week-old puppy and a male pit bull terrier dog.
