Havre Police Department

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported Friday at 7:55 a.m. that two vehicles had been vandalized.

A package was reported missing from Bonine Drive Friday at 11:46 a.m.

--

Friday at 12:49 p.m., a vehicle was reported stolen out of Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation.

--

Kaiden Jacob Anez of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, speeding and seat belt violation, during a vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue Friday at 3:30 p.m.

--

Rocky Boy Police Department asked Friday at 3:47 p.m. for assistance checking on a person, and officers found that the man's mother had already checked on him.

--

A summons was issued after two aggressive dogs were reported at large Friday at 5:06 p.m.

--

Elizabeth April Dawn Caplette of Box Elder, 32, was issued a summons on a trespass to property charge, after an 8:10 p.m. Friday caller reported a woman who was not supposed to be on the property was yelling at the caller's children.

An officer at Third Avenue and Second Street investigated a downed sign Saturday at 12:37 a.m.

--

A fender bender was reported on 10th Street West Saturday at 9:16 a.m.

--

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported damage to an outside mirror Saturday at 10:58 a.m.

--

Saturday at 11:19 a.m. a caller on 14th Street West reported damage to a vehicle.

Seneca Lerae Tyner of Rocky Boy, 41, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and open container in a vehicle on the highway, and Steven Allen Stanley of Box Elder, 44, was arrested on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, driving without insurance, expired vehicle registration and open container in a vehicle on the highway, during a vehicle stop on Thompson Street Saturday at 12:34 p.m., related to a theft report from made from a Second Street business at 12:05 p.m.

Saturday at 12:33 p.m. a Summit Avenue caller reported theft from vehicle.

--

A caller at a First Street business reported having a female shoplifter held in custody Saturday at 1:23 p.m.

--

A summons was issued after a caller at a First Street business reported a theft Saturday at 4:01 p.m. No details were provided on the charges.

--

A bouncer at a First Street establishment reported Saturday at 7:58 p.m. finding a woman who appeared to be "on something" was in his car, and he wanted officers to check on her.

--

Amanda Rosemary Dess of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on false identification by a minor to get alcohol, after a caller at a First Street establishment reported the attempted use of the ID Saturday at 11:27 p.m.

Sunday at 9:41 a.m. a Chevrolet Silverado was reported stolen from 15th Avenue.

--

A Second Street caller Sunday at 11:28 a.m. reported possible vandalism of rental property.

--

A caller at a Second Street business asked Sunday at 8:21 p.m. to speak with an officer about a theft.

--

Tyrone Joseph Crazy of Havre, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Fifth Street caller reported Sunday at 8:51 p.m. an intoxicated man pounding on the caller's back door.

Officers initiated a vehicle stop on Washington Avenue Sunday at 11:16 p.m. as part of the investigation of a theft reported at 8:21 p.m.

--

A First Street West caller reported a man appeared to be breaking into cars behind a business Sunday at 11:46 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Chad Steven Cliff of Havre, 40 was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 12:35 p.m.

Stefan Shane Hickel of Dodson, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 2:49 p.m.

--

A vehicle crash on 31st Street North at 4:49 p.m. Friday was referred to another agency.

--

Rocky Boy Police Department reported finding a car related to an auto theft burned in a ravine on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest at 2:59 a.m. Saturday and at 3:34 a.m. deputies were investigating.

Sunday at 10:24 a.m., Onstar reported locating on Beaver Creek Road a Chevrolet Silverado reported to Havre Police Department at 9:41 a.m. as stolen.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, three calls Saturday and five calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a 10:24 p.m. Saturday call to the 12 Block of Washington Avenue and a midnight Sunday morning call to the 200 Block of Montana Avenue, but no one was made available to provide information on the calls.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat, one short-hair cat, a medium-hair 16-week-old kitten and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats. One cat was being held for the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning four female mixed-breed dogs, one male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 16-week-old puppy and a male pit bull terrier dog.
