Sara Jean Nalder of Havre, 34, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8:26 a.m.

Monday at 9:52 a.m. a Fifth Avenue caller reported a theft.

A Fourth Avenue caller reported a theft of belongings from vehicle Monday at 10:04 a.m.

A theft was reported by a Ninth Street caller Monday at 10:43 a.m.

A Ninth Street caller reported Monday at 11:41 a.m. a phone scam.

Monday at 1:58 p.m. a Sixth Street caller reported stolen property from vehicles.

A two-vehicle crash was reported Monday at 2:45 p.m. on Second Avenue.

A First Street caller reported finding a syringe in a parking lot Monday at 4:09 p.m.

Monday at 4:21 p.m. a 16th Street caller reported a phone scam.

An arrest was made relating to a person requesting to speak with an officer at the Havre Police Station Monday at 5:02 p.m. No additional information was available about the arrest.

An arrest was made relating to a Boulevard Avenue caller reporting possible a domestic disturbance Monday at 5:44 p.m. No additional information was available about the arrest.

An arrest was made after a Smithville Road caller reported Monday at 6:11 p.m. a female crying and a male yelling. No additional information was available about the arrest.

This morning at 2:30 a 10th Street West caller reported a grey Chevy Impala backed into a tan suburban in the parking lot officers investigated.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Steven Allen Stanley of Box Elder, 44, Monday at 9 a.m. was served a Justice or City court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat, one short-hair cat, a medium-hair 16-week-old kitten and a medium-hair 8-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats. One cat was being held for the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning four female mixed-breed dogs, one male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 16-week-old puppy and a male pit bull terrier dog.
