For the Petersons, it's a fastptich family thing

Sports, including Blue Pony softball has always bonded Dave and Kinzee Peterson together

Havre High senior Kinzee Peterson, right, has long been a standout on the softball field, even before she was a Blue Pony. But for the last two seasons, she's also had her dad Dave, left, right there, as Dave has been the Blue Ponies' assistant coach since Tony Vigliotti took over the program. And while Kinzee has excelled in many sports, and Dave has coached her before, it seems as though softball is the closest to both of their hearts.

For a lot of people, sports are a family thing and when it comes to Dave Peterson and his daughter Kinzee, that's especially true.

Whether it's watching sports, playing, coaching, working as a referee or umpire, or even just talking about it, much of their lives revolve around sports and they probably wouldn't have it any other way.
