Havre Police Department

Glenn Scott Patterson of Havre, 59, was arrested at the police station Wednesday at 7:45 a.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Kenneth Edward Parisian of Rocky Boy, 28, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault, and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Jessi Mitchell of Havre, 23, was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after Parisian reported a domestic disturbance Wednesday at 8:23 a.m. on First Street Northeast.

A woman with a warrant was arrested at the police station Wednesday at 4:27 p.m. No details on the charges was provided.

An 8:17 p.m. Wednesday report of a man who appeared to be passed out at a First Street West business was referred to another law enforcement agency.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of violation of a no contact order during a 12:34 p.m. vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East, after a caller on U.S. 2 East asked officers for assistance at 11:26 a.m. and reported a disturbance at 12:30 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held four medium-hair cats, one short-hair cat, one long-hair cat and a medium-hair 9-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats. One cat is being held for the trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog, a male miniature pinscher dog and two male mixed-breed 21-week-old puppies.
