Havre Police Department

Officers responded Friday at 9:17 p.m. to an open 911 line from a telephone plotted at Northern Montana Hospital arrested Taynia Lynn Birdsbill of Wolf Point, 39, on a charge of criminal trespass to property.

Officers responded to a noise complaint made at 2:13 a.m. Saturday from Second Street issued summonses to Brallam Ramses Ramirez of Havre, 19, on charges of social host, minor in possession of intoxicants, endangering the welfare of children and Justice/City court warrants, Charles Hopkins of Havre, 20, on charges of social host, MIP and endangering the welfare of children, a 17-year-old on a charge of curfew violation and two 16-year-olds on charges of MIP.

Officers issued a summons to Chance Edward Williams of Havre, 28, on a charge of criminal contempt for an allegation of violating the 24/7 Sobriety Program.

Officers rendered services after a woman called at 10:28 a.m. Saturday to say her boyfriend left her at Walmart and she wanted officers to retrieve her phone from his car and bring it to her.

--

Officers at 12:21 p.m. Saturday at a Second Street location served a summons on a charge of shoplifting to Vicky Lynn Azure of Havre, 59.

After a caller from a Seventh Avenue Havre store said at 4:52 p.m. Saturday that a man was passed out in the bathroom, officers arrested James Allen Gardipee of Box Elder, 48, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

An officer making a motor vehicle stop at 5:22 p.m. Saturday on Second Street arrested Darren Ross Cline of Havre, 38, on charges of speeding on a state road and aggravated driving under the influence.

After a caller from a First Street establishment said at 1:10 a.m. Sunday that a man was refusing to leave, officers arrested Brandt Matthew Miller of Havre, 25, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Officers making a motor vehicle stop at 7:46 a.m. Sunday on 15th Avenue arrested Marea Jade Redhouse of Havre, 26, on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving with no insurance, first offense.

--

An officer at a Seventh Avenue store at 1:40 p.m. Sunday initiated an investigation and arrested Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 66, on a charge of criminal trespass to property.

--

After a caller from a Seventh Avenue store reported at 5:10 p.m. Sunday that a woman was passed out in the bathroom, officers issued a summons to Diette Cree Standing Rock of Box Elder, 18, on charges of disorderly conduct, MIP and possession of drug paraphernalia.

--

Officers at 9:15 p.m. Sunday at a 10th Street West location arrested Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 28, on Justice or City court warrants.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

After a caller said at 12:54 p.m. Saturday that a man was outside a Box Elder establishment disrupting customers, deputies arrested Noah Jon Alferd of Yelm, Washington, 39, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Friday, four calls Sunday and one call this morning,

Firefighters responded to calls 9:57 a.m. Friday on the 700 Block of 17th Street, 11:22 a.m. Friday on the 700 Block of 14th Street, and 6:30 a.m. Saturday on the 2500 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat, one 11-week-old medium hair kitten and a medium-hair 9-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two female mixed-breed dogs, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog and a female mixed-breed 7-month-old puppy.
