Havre Police Department

Zack Allen Henderson of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a charge of violation of a protective order, after the a complaint was called in from a First Street West business Tuesday at 5:37 p.m.

A disturbance was reported on Pike Street at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday.

Tuesday at 6:45 p.m. a caller at the cemetery reported a theft of flowers.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller 24 miles north of Rudyard reported Tuesday at 7:49 a.m. that items were stolen from a tractor.

Tuesday at 3:14 p.m. a caller at a First Street West business reported the theft of a key from a vehicle.

Deputies arrested someone on a warrant at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 6:22 p.m.

A dark gray 2017 Chevy Colorado extended cab was reported stolen on Road 70 South Tuesday at 6:39 p.m.

An arrest was made after the Tuesday 8:17 p.m. report of a domestic disturbance, in which a woman was reported knocked out, at a Fifth Avenue East location in Gildford. Larry Bennett, who was named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed in the jail roster this morning on an assault charge and a bond of $585.

Havre Fire Department

Firefighters were responding to a call Tuesday, but the call was canceled before they left the station because the problem was a faulty smoke detector.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat, one 12-week-old medium hair kitten and a medium-hair 9-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and two medium-hair female cats.

The Havre shelter also held this morning two female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed 26-week-old puppy, a female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male shepherd dog and a female mixed-breed 7-month-old puppy.
