Three arrests made after Friday night search off south Fifth Avenue

Two men were arrested Friday evening at the Buffalo Court Apartment Complex off of Fifth Avenue in Havre after a caller reported a car full of aggressive people asking for money at 6:18 p.m., a Havre Police officer said, and an arrest of a juvenile was listed in the police dispatch log.

Derelle Fiddler and Terrance Molina, both of Box Elder and ages not available in the dispatch log, were each arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

The arrests came after multiple officers searched the area.

Police on the scene said that a juvenile involved with the two arrested suspects was still at large at the time of the arrest of Fiddler and Molina.

Havre Police Sgt. Jesse Eller, who was at the scene during the arrests, said people fled from a vehicle after police responded to the call. Eller said the suspect who escaped ran eastbound into the field south of Havre High School.

The log showed a third arrest and listed a "male juvenile" as an involved party, but no other detials were available in the log.
